Well,
So far so good,Started with the increased water on Sat. Have managed to drink 4 litres a day each day now for 4 days, and then I started with the depletion training on Sunday,
That's going ok too, but couldn't drag myself to the gym this morning, so, will have to go after work now!!! Damn. Prefer early mornings. Was just too damn lazy to get up out of bed today.
Food, Well that is definately the hard part.Missing everything i like......... boo hoo but i will soon be through it hey.Miss my carbs so much and my soy milk in coffee....................... Keep thinking about Sunday when i can have some rice cakes and honey and some chocolate and jelly babies - hehehehe.
